The school organises three vegetarian meals a day from Indian cooks.
The accommodation is organized in comfortable double rooms with air conditioning in a quiet area of Rishikesh - Tapoban.
Single occupancy possible for an additional fee.

Additional master classes may be organized during the course.

- Classical hatha-yoga and dynamic Ashtanga by Vinyasa Flow
- Deep study of philosophy through live dialogues and reasoning (satsangs)
- The art of mantra singing: from technique to sacral meaning
- Multi-level meditation practices and yoga by Nidra
- Breathing techniques (pranayama) for energy management
- Detailed asan construction with emphasis on anatomy and biomechanics
- Ayurvedic basic principles, principles of life and nutrition
- Sukshma-viyaama - the system of joint and tension gymnastics
- Cleansing procedures (shatkarmas)
- Methodology and art of teaching
- Morning practice on the shore of the sacred river Ganga
- Participation in Vedic ceremonies (Aarati, Yagyas)
- Dive into the waters of the sacred river Ganga.
- Attend Indian classical music evenings.
- Carry out the rafting on ganga.
- The accommodation is organized in a quiet quiet area with pure mountain air and clean water.
- Make trips to sacred places: the temple of Kunjapuri with panoramic views, the temple of Neelkanth, the sacred temples of Shiva and other temple complexes.
