The school organises three vegetarian meals a day from Indian cooks.
The accommodation is organized in comfortable double rooms with air conditioning in a quiet area of Rishikesh - Tapoban.
Single occupancy possible for an additional fee.
Cost 100 hour course (12 days) in Rishikesh $800 double room.
Additional master classes may be organized during the course.
Requirements for students: age from 18, basic interest in yoga, possible participation of novice practitioners, physical and mental health, discipline and regular serious practice.
